All animals differ and naturally their needs and behaviour in different situations vary as well. It is important to
us to that we provide you with the best possible service and we take every possible precaution to ensure that
your pets are suitable candidates for the services we provide. We also appreciate that entrusting us with the
care of your pets is an important and difficult decision for you to make. So, we offer a free initial consultation
where we will meet with your and your pets. During this consultation we can discuss any specific
requirements or special needs that you and your pets may have, take detailed notes about your pets' habits,
food regime, exercise routine, medical history, etc. We will also ask you for veterinarian details and contact
information including emergency contact details.
Please note we will require your dogs to be up to date with the appropriate vaccinations and we will ask to
see a certificate at the first consult.
