K9 Kitchen: Egg & Vegetable Casserole
Doggie Servings: 2 Human Servings: 8




12    eggs   
2 cups   cottage cheese   
1 cup   cheese, grated   
1 cup   broccoli   
1/2 cup   red peppers   
2    medium sweet potatoes   
1/2 cup   squash   
3 cups   barley   
3 cups   lentils   
1.5 tsp   calcium   
1.5 tsp   corn oil   
1 oz   liver   

should be set and the top lightly brown. Cool to room temperature and serve.

For the human version, omit liver, oil and calcium and season with salt and pepper if
desired. If these quantities are plenty for you and your pet, divide the mixture in half or
1/4:3/4, add the liver, calcium and oil to your pet's portion and season your portion and
cook in two pans.
