K9 Kitchen: Christmas Cookies for Dogs
Dog - Christmas Cookie

Note: The ready time does not allow for the drying out period - usually overnight.

You can obtain calcium either by crushing a calcium tablet or using egg shells. Wash egg shells,
bake at 180C/160C (fan assisted oven)/350F/ gas mark 4 for 30 minutes. When cold, pulverise in a
food processor or mortar and pestle.



1/2 cup   corn oil   
1/4 cup   honey   
1/4 cup   molasses   
1    egg, beaten   
2.5 cups   whole wheat flour   
1 tsp   cinnamon   
1/2 tsp   ground cloves   
1/2 tsp   ground ginger   
1/2 tsp   allspice   
1/2 tsp   calcium   



Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Add wet mix to dry mix and knead until well blended. Roll out,
cut into desired shapes and bake for 20 minutes at 180C/160C (fan assisted oven)/350F/gas mark 4.
Leave in warm oven overnight to harden.
